WHAT WE DO - THE MYSTERY OF DONEGAL - CAPTURED IN CLOTH
Studio Donegal is a handweaving and clothing manufacturing business based on original handweaving skills passed down from generation to generation in the remote mountainous area of South-West Donegal.
Our cloths are skillfully woven by weavers working at home where they capture the mystery of Donegal from their loom houses. Cloths are also made with equal care in the Studio Donegal workshop where we create our unique clothing.
By using a workshop approach and developing multiple and time-honoured skills, we are able to produce a diverse range of cloth designs, bedspreads, wraps and a variety of casual clothing and accessories which are comfortable, practical and above all contemporary.
